Hi, I’m Tia!

I’m a Minneapolis-based yoga instructor (E-RYT 200, RPYT) and mom of 3. I began teaching on the side of my corporate job in 2016 after completing my 200 hour training. After experiencing Prenatal Yoga during my 1st pregnancy, I knew I wanted to share that practice with pregnant people, and completed my 85 hour Prenatal training (RPYT) in 2021 through Blooma.

I believe deeply in the endless benefits of yoga in any life stage. Even a few minutes to yourself for movement or meditation can be incredibly powerful. My goals are to detoxify yoga culture, make short Prenatal practices more accessible online, and build community.

My teaching style encourages students to try on different variations of poses, explore props to support their practice, and listen to their unique bodies. I offer up a changing menu of options and encourage each student to choose what works best for them - it’s their practice, not mine!
